We are blessed by the generosity of diocesan efforts, as well as benefactors and donors, to be able to offer generous financial assistance to families who qualify. Over the last five years, St. James has been blessed to award over $775,000 in financial aid to students.


Through diocesan aid like the Bishop's Educational Fund (BEF), Scholastic Opportunity Scholarship Fund (SOS), Preschool Opportunity Scholarship Program, Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit Program (OSTC), and the generosity of donors through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC), and the Divine Redeemer Angel Fund, generous financial aid is available.
 

The Diocese of Pittsburgh offers financial aid each year, and aid applications are processed by FACTS Management.  Families wishing to applying for diocesan and/or parish financial aid must complete an online application via the FACTS website.  Families are asked to log on and apply by March 15th each year.  If you have questions about the financial aid application process, you may speak with a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 866-315-9262.
